  • Missing in action lately....

    Dang, so how long has it been since i last blogged?  I know someone's been counting *cough* MissScarlett *cough* xD.  Sorry for neglecting my AnD family, but things have been so hectic lately.  School, rehearsals, and parenthood is whoopin my butt.  And no, I'm not a dad yet, but I almost feels like it.  Taking care of 3 of my sister's kids while she's at work and my mom's been gone to Cambodia and India for the past two months.

    Anyhoo...my film production class is going well.  I had another assignment where, just like the first one, I had to take stills.  But this time, it's of the 8 compositions of filming.
    -leading looks
    -balance of masses
    -rule of thirds
    -balance of color
    -leading lines
    -frame within frame
    -background
    -unique angle

    Here they are....lets see if you can identify them


    The Team and I also went to Chicago to perform at the Northern University.  The video is in the works right now but I will try my best to get it up soon.  In the mean time...enjoy this video

    @ Aisha: the tattoo-ed one? That's DY! One shoulder says "with empathy" the other "comes courage" and the rest is sanskrit...I think.

    i totally get you on that parenthood thing...I only have to take care of my 6 year old nephew and he just drives me up the wall...so with 3 kids WOW...i don't even want to imagine that...good luck! Good with school, rehearsals, baby-sitting, work, etc. and thanks for updating us! :)

    I'm coming out for my Annual Therapy (aka me traveling, by myself, to see/hang out with friends). If there's an event while I'm there, I'm totally game for it.

    Is that a challenge? ;D
