It was kind of overcast today- but I had my trusty digital cam with me while I was strolling around Yan Ping East Road to buy some fabrics. The area is full of pre-war buildings, most over 100 years old. It’s a welcome relief from all the modern sky scrapers hovering around it.
I went to a seamstress to ask how much it would cost to get some pillows and cushion covers made, and how much fabric I would need. On Monday, I will go back to finalize my fabric selections. Hopefully my living room will get the perk of color it needs! I’m saving this project for another post :)

今天有點陰天－但我去永樂市場時有帶了相機! 那邊的大樓很多都很舊，有幾棟應該超過100歲！我想換我的沙發的顏色。在那邊找到一位小姐可以幫我定作。我問她我需要多少補＋要花多少錢，禮拜一就要回去找補。希望我的客廳可以亮一點！
