• loon yoga and nude yoga

  I do yoga more than three years.

  I heard loon yoga beforetime,it happens in Beijing.You lie on the mat and do nothing,the coach will move your legs,your arms,your head-----you will be very comfortable,hehe,but,is it yoga?

  Yesterday，I heard nude yoga for the first time.I found the photos on the network.

  It makes yoga----laughably and ugly---hehehe

  

  

  And

  when you do yoga ,you must keep a certain distance with the others （like the first photo）and never move your mat in the course.

  But they moved the mats and changed the distance in the course,(look at the third photo),while they take off their clothes.Every one’s space is to short to do yoga,why?
