My students have been working hard for the past 3-4 months and they just
    finished
competing in a city wide drama competition.  Look at the animation
    in their faces! I've
had such a fantastic time working with them and developing
    their skills. Now it's time
to sit back, relax and update my blog hahaha =)

So I spent CNY in Japan.  Went skiing for 3 days and shopping for another 3
    in Tokyo.
    It was SUPERB!

There was fresh powder every single day!  My hair was all icy and everything
    was frozen!
You see my hood in this picture? When I went inside for a hot
chocolate, all of it melted and created a huge puddle on the floor!  Looked like
    an accident had happened...=P

After spending a day on the slopes, we would head back to the resort for
some outdoor onsen...soothing those weary muscles as the snow fell quietly
overhead.  Sorry no pictures! =) HAHAHAHA.

Food was next on the itinerary and traditional Japanese dinners were served
every single night at the resort. The selection was never once duplicated and
each dish was so delicately decorated and presented...OISHII!

The runs were pretty quiet.  No CNY holiday in Japan so short waits, no traffic
and all the beginner boarders in the group could learn with ease. The blacks
were pretty easy and the greens were a breeze. But nonetheless it was fab
just to get back on the slopes after living in tropical climate for such a looooong time!

Skiing is my favorite winter sport!

Here we are at the bus stop, waiting to head back into the city.  What a
    gorgeous
day! The sun was finally out...should we have stayed on the slopes
    for another couple
    of runs?  NAH...Tokyo awaits!

I still can't get over the Kit Kat selection in Japan...here we have edamame
flavor!  There were lots of photo shoots happening in Harajuku that day.  Some
    new
girl band, some European magazine fashion shoot...so bizarre!

We had to hit the Burton store while in Shibuya for the new boarding
enthusiasts! As for myself, I was ecstatic about the Burton "Barbie" Boy
which you could manipulate some sick moves with as you traversed him
    down the run.  So cute!

And finally, what trip to Tokyo is complete without visiting the crazy Shibuya
street crossing (and for the fellas) learning the lines to pick up some local chicks. HA!

So when should I go again?
