    A few days ago I went to Nishiarai-Daishi temple. We call it Hatsu-moude. It means first visit to temple or shrine.

    There were lots of food stalls, where we can get  cotton candy, fried noodles, kebab, sweet potatoes, corns and so on....　My son definitely had too much.

    I also got a fortune telling paper. It said " Dai-kichi", I would be happy this year.

    ２-３日前に西新井大師に行きました。初詣とよばれるもので、初めてお寺や神社に行くという意味です。

    たくさんの露天があって、そこでは綿飴、焼きそば、ケバブ、サツマイモ、焼きとうもろこしが買えます。我が家の息子はまさに食べ過ぎたのでした。

    おみくじも引きました。"大吉"でした。今年はいいことあるそうです。

    I didn't wear Kimono. I don't have one and can't wear by myself. I do have Yukata and can wear it by myself. It's much easier and cheaper!

    I'll go to Osaka during Chinese New Year in Feb. (for sure this time) w/ Amelie and my E.  First time to Osaka, fortunately, my E is familiar w/ the place (he lived there for 2 yrs), so I feel very excited and happy, cos I love Japanese food, people, shopping, temples.......
