I landed in Hong Kong a few hours ago. Raffi told me typhoon would hit HK yesterday. I was worrying about my flight. I ckecked the flight schedule on the net and it was no delay. I was happy and went to Narita airport this morning. The lady at the airport said ANA cancelled the flight already. ( it wasn't my flight.) Well... my flight was still on time. I went to the gate and found a notification. " This flight may have to return to Narita airport. Thanks for your understanding."

Really??

It was the worst flight ever. I had tears in my eyes. Just like roller coaster! There was an announce from a pilot " we might try to land a few times, but we are going to HK."

A few times?? ehhhh????

After landing, a cabin attendant told me she had similar experience. The pilot deicded to return to Japan because of bad weather. But the company didn't give him a permission. So scary!

I'm in HK anyway. It seems I have to stay in tonight. I was supposed to see ballet " Coppelia" tonight. I'm not happy. :(

Btw.. I'm here on business this time. International orthopaedic conference will be held on 24-28. at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre !

well im glad to hear you made it safe and okay. and yeah suck the ballete was cancled... i talked to faye she isnt to happy a bout it either.

What a scary flight. If the pilot wants to return to Narita but he isn't allowed to, that can't be something to feel comfortable about. Well, soon the weather will return to nice and you can enjoy the outdoors.

Pleased to know you've landed safely in the end. The one thing that I don't like much about HK is the Typhoon. It's a business trip but still have fun!

mio! welcome to HK AGAIN!!! LOL. u came at a bad time... but then the good side is, all your friends should be off work, so they can probably hang out with you. LKF usually has good deals on drinks during typhoon, so you may want to check it out.
