Leeds castle and how to eat mussles!

About 2 weeks ago... I went to Leeds castle. I took train from London Victoria and got off at Bearsted station. This is my third visit. I'm not a castle mania. ( it sounds like castlevania! Does anyone know the game castlevania by Konami? I got it on my phone. Cool! Japanese phone is better than iPhone. :P)

 Leeds castle is called Lady's castle.The last owner was Ms. Bailley. The most famous castle owner was Henry Ⅷ. I like  Leeds castle the best. It is the loveliest castle I've ever seen.

Ms. Bailley loved birds. There are lots of birds walkingaround the castle. Black swans, white swans, ducks, peacocks and parrots. I don't know more bird's name in English.

They have a nice restaurant near the big maze which we gave up after one hour straying. It was a sunny day and we had lunch on a balcony of the restaurant. Taiga had polk saute with apple sauce and Yorkshire pudding. It was pretty good.

At night we went to Covent garden for dinner. Belgo centraal!!! It is a good restaurant.IT's been my favourite restaurant in London since I was 20. I love mussles in Belgium style.  I read Rossane Wong's blog when she went to London. She had mussles and I recognized the restaurant from the pic. It was Belgo Centraal!

First time I went to this restaurant, my friend told me how to eat mussles.( he is not Belgium.) Don't use folk. Use a shell to eat the meat. Pich it! It is easier and quicker.  I taught my sis how to eat mussles and she got it.

Eating mussles  reminds of me the night at Brussel. I had 4 Kilo mussles and lots of beer with my friends. Mango beer , coconut beer , shrimps and roasted ham... 

This is a last blog about England this summer. My son is still at summer school in south of London. I was back from there 2 weeks ago.I miss him a lot.

I'm going to HK this week. :) Sounds like I'm always on holidays? Noooooooo. Actually I work in the day and night. I work even harder when other people are sleeping... That's my job! I've been at work for 24 hours and I have to stay here 48 more hours. I'm ooking after patients in my hospital and waiting if ambulance comes.
