2 days ago I was in an ambulance car. I was there as a doctor. One of my patients had high fever and I diagnosed him "pneumonia". Because there are only surgeons in my hospital, I decided to take him to another hospital. It was a cool experience. They didn't care any traffic lights. Soooo fast! Very first time experience!!
Actually I had a chance to ride an ambulance car 6 months ago when I got meningitis. Even I was half-consiouss, I refused to call ambulance. It was emmbarassing. Anyway my dad carried me to a hospital. It was the same hospital, I went this time. After I talked to a physician there, I realized there was no ambulance car to take me back to my hospital. Wearing full doctor uniform, I looked for a taxi in a street. I think I looked silly. :P
I went back to work somehow. When I was in a ward, a patient called me "Roxanne". He is in a hospital because of femoral neck fracture. He is also a dementia.
Following is a convesation with him. He is Japanese, 90-year-old.
Me "Who is Roxanne?"
Patient "She is my first love. I met her in France during Crimean war."
Me "I think Crimean war is like...200 years ago."
Patient " Oh! Then I couldn't be there."
I checked about Crimean war on my mobile .. Me " Wait. It was about 150 years ago."
Patient " See? I'm sure I was there!" LOL
Do you think he was taliking about his previous life? Was I Roxanne 150 years ago?? @_@
