I shot this movie last year in Qinghai. I play a French cycling coach invited over to train the Chinese national team. My role is a bit like Lt. Harris in Police Academy whereby the people in my charge resent me and play tricks in order to try get me to quit. Fortunately, I'm able to win them over and I end up marrying the team's nurse who is Tibetan. I have to perform different rituals to be accepted into the Tibetan society - I loved this part of the movie because the culture is one of magic and wonder. This is a 3D action-adventure movie starring Dolph Lundgren, Scott Adkins and Huangyi. It's being shot in and around Huairou and will be released in China this time next year. I play the role of 'Chuck', a hunter and Dolph's rather useless sidekick. The story is about a prehistoric super-reptile that has somehow managed to survive in a remote lake in China. Dolph's character 'Harker' is called in to hunt the creature before it eats more of the workers on the construction site nearby.

I finally got a decent role! I'm a French coach who goes by the name of Pierre 皮爱尔 and in order to convey my Frenchness I periodically blurt out "Potain de bordel de merde!" My shockingly bad French accent will probably have the audience thinking i'm Russian so I had to throw in some bona fide high brow French to convince them I'm not. Anyway, I coach the Chinese national team and help them win the Qinghai Cycling race which is the Asian Tour de France equivalent. The cyclists all hate me in the beginning and play all kinds of pranks on me in order to get me to quit. The reason I like this role is because I'm not a complete idiot and I win the girl in the end even though a Chinese guy likes her first. This is very rare. The script also lets me beat him in a wrestling match. Another rarity. Usually I'm getting my ass kicked by 40kg kungfu girls and any love interest I may have would rather drink poison than hook up with a hairy foreigner.

Another WW2 series and yes i'm a pilot as per usual. Got a bigger role this time. Crash land and rescued my commie forces. They look after me super swell coz they think i've got a secret document altho I don't. We can't communicate very well so that's where the confusion and potential humor comes in. I don't die which ...is capital.
