I just noticed... 50,000 visits.
I want to thank everyone who visited my page. If this continues, my chronic and voluminous self-deprecation may no longer have as much basis in truth.
But fear not, I am certain that it will continue apace.
As will this ongoing lunacy that from the outside probably looks like you're seeing it through a fun-house mirror.
To be honest, that's how the world and the vast majority of humans appear to me from in here...
Make you a deal: You keep showing up, and I will keep trying to make my life interesting enough that you'll want to read about it. No matter what I have to do to myself, my life, my future, or most anything else.
Because boredom is a terminal condition whose avoidance must never know any bounds whatsoever.
I'd do it for myself anyway, but the idea of my life entertaining others has always held a special place in the rubble at the bottom of my heart.
A good friend once told me that my memoirs won't have a dull page on them.
I'm trying my best not to disappoint.
All I need is an open pack of breath mints, a ball-point pen, and a AAA map of Glendale, NY.
