Help fight HIV/AIDS in Africa with new red MOTOSLVR L7

The Malaysia launch of MOTO (PRODUCT) RED comes shortly after the US, UK, Singapore, and Switzerland launches, which brought an enthusiastic response from supporters of the fight against AIDS in Africa.

In an unprecedented demonstration of support, 11 leading Malaysian celebrities from the industries of acting, music, broadcast, fashion and photography have also aligned
behind this important initiative by becoming MOTO (PRODUCT) RED Malaysian ambassadors to drive awareness and understanding of the emergency:

Zizan Nin – Actor and model
Azura Zainal – Radio and TV personality
Daniel Tan – Actor and model
Gavin Yap – Theatre director and actor
Ida Nerina – Actress
Jen Siow – Photographer
Soo Kui Jien – TV personality in Malaysia and Singapore
Joanne Kam – Entertainer and emcee
Serena C – Radio and TV personality, and emcee
Sonny San – Fashion Designer
Sulina Baharin – Managing Partner, Ex model and actress

These ambassadors join many global names including David Beckham and Shaun White in rallying behind MOTO (PRODUCT) RED to drive awareness and understanding of the emergency.
Recent figures provided by the Global Fund demonstrate just how significant the individual contribution every new MOTO (PRODUCT) RED purchase can make. The proceeds of selling just three handsets can provide a year’s worth of school materials and daily hot meals for a child orphaned by AIDS.

Serena was thrust into the world of radio when the clock struck 00:00 Jan 1, 2000. To describe her life as a rollercoaster ride since then - total understatement! Almost 10 years on, she'd had the privilege of interviewing the world's as well as Asia's top artists. She also landed a stint on TV as a VJ and talk show host. Currently she struggles to wake up at 4am to co-anchor a breakfast radio show, and struggle to stay awake to host events - and she's loving every bit of it! (Maybe except the waking up part).

Serena lives, breathes, eats MUSIC and has nothing but respect, admiration and awe for those with the innate ability to create little miracles everyday through music - some not even realizing they'd touched someone's life just by doing that.
