How's the voting going?

I see many of you have taken the plunge and headed down to your nearest voting station. Hope all goes well! I wonder if anyone who didn't vote for Obama is willing to admit it! Considering most people on here are Obama fans, I'm sure if you didn't vote him, you might be a little hesitant to admit it!

Our election happens this weekend. Mum's leaving for her cruise on Friday (jealous!) so she's already voted. To be honest, I haven't kept up with the election news this year, because I figured I would vote the same as last election, but lately I've been hearing/seeing things about those I was going to vote for, which don't sound so great - which means I gotta do some research before Saturday to see if I still wanna vote the same. Pooh. I hate research.

LOL, I just took a look at the list of parties up for voting, and there's an Aotearoa Legalise Cannabis Party! Hehe!

LOL, there really is a Bill and Ben party - I thought that was a joke. They're tv and radio personalities - who have moved on to politics, I see! Haha, I think I'll vote for them - we'll get comedy in our political debates. Imagine if everyone voted for them. I wonder if they'll be up for it. We should all just vote for them to see what happens. Okay, okay, I'm not serious. I don't take election that lightly.

Just done a bit of research on the Electorate I was going to vote for. The news is old news and seems rather harmless, so that's all good. Now just gotta compare the goodies the parties are offering.
