    I've really screwed up my sleeping schedule. It's 4:45am and I'm still not asleep. And since I hadn't eaten for several hours, and I can't sleep when I'm hungry (I tried though, since sometimes I just wait til the hunger disappears), I decided to get up and have some food. I'd gone to bed at 2:30, but that doesn't mean anything. I did some reading and listening to music. It always takes me approx. 2 hours to get to sleep each night whether or not I do anything. Unless I'm exhausted of course. Good thing I get to sleep in!
