it's finally in my hands! My new passport! My mum was so kind to pic it up from the office of the municipiality due to their crappy opening hours.
I did not have one for many years because for travelling within Europe the identity card we have as well is sufficient. It's a new one with biometric data, saved on an invisible chip. And the pic looks so crappy because you're not allowed to smile.

That's why I only show you the outside....the inside offers much place for many visas - world here I come!

yea, pic in the passport is often strange, without glasses etc, I will must also getting new passport, but it's expensive in Poland,

Luckily how you writed, generally in Europe we don't need passport

Yeah they are introducing the identity card in Britain for travelling in Europe too. Germany is so ahead of us!

Passport photos are the bain of our existence, nobody looks good in them!!

Our passports are the same color. But I bought new covers from bookstore, now it's royal blue :)
I don't have that identification card (driving license don't do) so I had to get the traditional passport.

Dann ist es wahrscheinlich auch einfacher geworden eines zu machen. Gibt´s jetzt auch keine Konsulatbegrenzung mehr, innerhalb Europa, kann ich mein Passport in Deutschland machen, meine ich, mein Neues? Laß mich wissen Silke !!!!
