The holiday's over and I'm back at work. I hope everyone had a good Christmas. All the madness that's been going on work have come to a halt. It's very quiet here which is expected, people gearing down from Christmas and preparing for the New Year celebrations. I had a quiet Christmas with family and spent the time just relaxing and catching up on stuffs. It's been a while since I've had such a good time. Everyone being in a festive mood just makes it better.

I haven't made plans for New Year's Eve yet. In the past, I used to go to parties and stay out until the wee hours of morning. Now I just want to hang out with friends.... no big party where I don't know 80% of the people. How are you ringing in the New Year?

I agree...Big parties are boring when you don't know anyone there. We're doing a gathering.

I'm so pleased you had a nice relaxing time with the family at Christmas, I can only imagine the hectic lead up to Christmas that you had.

I prefer your idea of spending New Year's, it's much better than speanding the eve hugging total strangers and drinking until we forget it's the New Year.

hehe, a friend from work is having a sumu party (with the hired sumo suits) and a bbq - it should be fun, I am looking forward to it =)
I hope you enjoy the night - I agree with you about spending it with friends and not large parties where 80% of peops are strangers.

Oh gosh back to work already. I did plan to pop into work today but Im still in the holiday mood...dont actually go back till 2nd Jan horray! We had a quiet Xmas too with my in-laws & family then they've gone to HK/Malay for 2 wks so we'll have a quiet NY eve too. May go bowling or something. Cant decide whether to cook or eat out!? Gonna be hectic everywhere. Happy New Year to you! : )
