my new found LOVE, Young Love!!!! they uses 'YL' as the initial! it's my initial as well!!!!!!! what's better than that right?
Album out now, title Too Young To Fight It
seriously, that's how i found out bout them. i was walking around in NY, got into a store that sells vinyl and imported CD's, saw these YL stickers up front at the postcard/flyer deck. i was like, "dang! tht's my initial. let me take a bunch home and post it up everywhere in the house to indicate my territory," hahahah!!! then i look Young Love up online...love it.
what's BETTER, i manage to catch them LIVE for FREE yesterday! it was HYPE! the performance was great. though i'm there by myself, i still manage to let loose and DANCE DANCE DANCE!
YOUNG LOVE // Find A New Way: Terry Richardson Version
the lead singer, Dan Keyes is energetic and tall, and of course skinny as hell. but i still like him. hahaha!!!
with Keyes' earnest vocals, loose electirc guitars and glossy syntesizers, the closest descrīption of Young Love music will be group like The Killers, and Bloc Party. great. hahah! still though...i felt that Young Love needs more time to improve. the album sampler i listen to was a little bit 'everywhere'.
