   Heyyyy!!!! I just got back from the states and was welcomed by a minus 25 degrees Celcius icey morning Ahhhhh!!! I wish I lived in California!! Its Damn cold here!!!!

This buying trip was a lot easier than last ...this time we had a clearer idea of who our customers were and what they seemed to like hahha! Unlike last year when we basically bought everything which sort of forced us to open another clothing store! YES we bought enough for ANOTHER store!! We kept our budget tighter this time hahahhaa

   I don't know why ~but this time our trip really made me think...the cycle a piece of clothing goes through before it gets to be a piece of clothing on your back...Weird thought?? yes but just bear with me...

   So lets begin with a guy in China who wants to manufacture these tee shirts...

He shows some lady the styles~then she says, " I want 100,000 pieces! ship them to USA!"

He says, "OK!" then manufactures the tee shirts and packs them up like this...

And ships them by boat to the USA...

That lady(or her stock people) has to unpack the boxes of tee shirts and then displays them in her showroom to sell to retailers (like me!)

  So I come along and pick out the tee shirts for my store...and I say " Ship 20 pieces to Canada!" hahaa I'm small potatoes :)

She's says "OK" and then she packs the boxes of clothing and ships it to us up in canada...

Then I get the boxes delivered to our shop... there is more than just tee shirts here :)

And now I have to unpack all these orders price and steam everything so that I can sell it to MY customers...

CRAZY!!! HUH?? ok maybe its not as interesting as I thought it would sound hahhaha!

see ya!!!, I gotta get back to work

hey i like the tank top on the bottom row, towards the right, the white one and purple one with the chinese word on it... is that dragon? how much? i want it!!!

LOL. interesting enough!!>. hahaha........\so you usually go to California to stock up?? they have wholesalers there???

Always actually wondered how importing and buying goes about, quite a long process. Interesting.

minus 25! ouch, I don't think I should complain about the temperatures here anymore after hearing that! wrap up warm

yea, we're having great weather temperatures these past days... I'm loving it... =D I hate to bundle up with layers and layers of clothes...

I think many fashion people are going to focus on the basics. Have a few more interesting styles but have lots of basics. Whatever that means.

My sis was in garment industry so I know how it starts out. I used to go to the big warehouses where they cut all the pieces, bundle them out and send out to garment workers to sew, the sewing/pressing process, deliver back to that warehouse, they sort and ship out deliveries to people like you or Macy's. blahblah.
