Hey guys,

I was recently in Jakarta setting up a few cocktail bars cork and screw and loewy named after industrial desgners "Raymond Loewy". Well this time round i was focusing on a a different approach when serving drinks.

I believe drinks should these days should tell a story or at the very least have a interactive theme to it. this is some of the stuff i came up with

Tequila Degustation platter
From left to right: Chilled patron anejo paired with a sangritta, then for main drink you have a classic margarita straight up with a sea salt rim, and for desert you finish with a custard margarita served warm and caramelized I love Tequila.

Lump fish caviar yummm. What does caviar got to do with drinks?

Tiramisu paired with a tea spoon of caviar!
I know it sounds kinda wierd but it actually goes really well, i guess i probaly works on a "molecular level" fish and coffee anyone?

Everyone remembers this shot dont you? for all you guys that dont know its a b52 shot so give the customer a little change i came up with this!

B52 jello shots.
This is a great way to start the night or even finish the night. For you's that dont know me im a big fan of edible drinks or was it im a fan of just alcohol you decide!

i've been trying to practice that style of separating the liquids by density. is it best to pour over a bar spoon?
