The first day I arrived in Singapore (around 5pm), the first thing we did was to go out to EAT. There're so many YUMMY food in Singapore.
We have Hananese Chicken Rice海南雞飯, coconut juice for dinner, then we went to Chinatown牛車水 to buy my NO.1 favourite food, Chili Crab
. The weather is so HOT in Singapore, so we bought it back to the Hotel to enjoy it. Here is the pic of Chili Crab (I seldom take pic of food, so you can see I really love it and miss it !), they have Black Pepper Crab as well, but I've never tried it.

Chinatown 牛車水:

Chinatown Heritage Centre, I've only taken one pic cos we found out "no photos" is allowed in the museum. Very interesting inside, cos it shows the history of early Chineses migrated to Singapore, most of them were labours, and they showed the home decoration where the Chineses were living at that time.

Other YUMMY food, such as satay, laksa (coconut milk , spicy noodles), bamboo juice with lemon juice added in it (my favourite juice), and of course Indian food.
No wonder I gained 1 kg when I got back from Singapore!
There is a newly opened Buddha Tooth Relic Temple in Chinatown. And very lucky, it's my first time to see a wedding taking place in a Buddha Temple! Very inetersting! I don't think I can see this kind of ceremony in HK or Taiwan or even China!

Night-time view of the Temple:

Will show more pic later, cos I promised Amelie 's teacher to make a presentation on Thursday, I need to collect some info. and maybe draw some pic!
