  DJ Morett's, a very good friend of mine, invited both Ricado the web designer and myself to his house the other day to have dinner.
  He's a great cook which he takes care of the diet of his girl friend who is a model from Brazil as well.
  He can cook amazing Brazilian Cuisine and below in the picture was what he did for us !!!
  
  
  Look at the rice, he mixed broccoli with the rice so you can have enough of fiber besides having enough meats !!!
  Too bad that he's leaving HK soon and won't be back till next March, I am hoping he will return soon so we can try his food again !! Anyway, last party this Saturday at Volar until next April, see if you will go. :-)
