The mind is everything, when you have peace within yourself, acceptance of who you are, happiness is with you and this shines on others around you, and has a positive effect on both.
Art can also be a reflection of happiness.
Art can be a way of passing on information to others on whatr soever.
Art is in the heart.

Why? Not always can a 'why' be explained. But one can be compassionate, love and compassion to others does a lot.
