24hr Fasting Challenge part II

So I managed to make it through half the day, fasting…

We took Loan Trinh out for lunch and I sat there watching DY and Tommy maul down some really good looking and smelling Vietnamese food.

I was able to drink pure green tea, which I imagined was my favorite sweet Mango tea until I took the first sip.

Ugh! I kept asking myself, “Self, why the hell are you torturing yourself like this?” I don’t have to fast but I challenged myself and I’m committed to see this through.

I just feel sorry for my stomach because once I’m done fasting… I’m going to punish the hell out of it with a killer BUFFET! j/k

I’m going to start on a 7-day cleansing program… Yeah, you read me right! I’m going to flush the bod for a solid week only consuming lean protein and complex carbs! All this for a 2-minute scene with DY in Rooks, which will probably be cut to 20 seconds! ; D

I was wondering why. Do you want to detox as well as cleanse. You need to get your organs of elimination including skin (people always forget their skin). So, that's colon (upper & lower), lungs, liver, kidneys, and skin.

haha... I agree with Peachey... it really is a tough challenge to be fasting and sitting in a restaurant with friends who are eating... tough... =D

7 days sound like hell but many say you've got to walk through hell in order to see heaven! All the best for the seven day cleanser.

Oh, you're trying to lose a few pounds, eh? I see. If you're fasting, the thing to do is not be in a restaurant or watching some gluttons go at it. You like torture or sumthin?

The things we do to our bodies for entertainment heh. I think I need to cleanse my body too some week soon...=\
