Thanks to Lisamm for forwarded me the link to this article in today's 'Headline News' newspaper in HK:

Its an article about alivenotdead artist Marsha Yuan. But I'm afraid its just more paparazzi garbage... this time the important news is about Marsha walking around Central HK with some non-Chinese guys (aka me, Adrian, Don and Ferdie). Wow, that's totally newsworthy!

But actually the photos are from APRIL 26th! 4.5 months ago!   How can they call this 'news'? its not even new!

I'm not even going to link to the article, cause its actually pretty horrible... and of course completely full of crap.

今天我的網友Lisamm告訴我我再在香港的報紙.這個文章都是假話.完全不是'新聞',照片都是4月26日拍的! 4.5月以前! WTF!?!   這個詐章是跟原子鏸有關係完全無中生有!香港的媒體那麼泄氣嗎?

僕もう一度香港の新聞に入った。でもまだ悪写真だね。。。もう。。。この開催100%捏造記事。糞よ！

ouch, another bad photo of me. actually its the text that's the horrible part. I was going to post it up, but its too annoying. let's just say they don't think i'm very handsome or cool. :-P

Actually the least offensive thing they said was "電車男漫步街頭" which translates to 'a romantic stroll with the Densha Otoko (Train Main)'... this one actually i don't mind, cause its a reference to the popular Japanese TV and movie 'Densha Otoko':
一番面白事はこの副見出し：　"電車男漫步街頭". 僕は電車男みたい？ハハ！

Basically they're saying I'm a geeky otaku nerd who's dating a beautiful girl, which is the plot of the movie Densha Otoko.

What the HK press doesn't know is, I've met Nakatani Miki before, at this year's Asian Film Awards, and she did NOT say to me "you look just like Yamada-san!"　実は今年僕は中谷美紀を会った事が有る、彼女は「山田さんみたい！」と全然言いませんでした！

Actually I don't mind this reference, since I like 'Densha Otoko' (the movie and the series), and of course in reality:
「I am ご主人様！」

Anyway, just in case there's any doubt, here's some photos I took on April 26th, right after the LKF Beerfest Band Search when Marsha took me and the Audiotraffic guys to see her friend's new Yogurt shop.   如果你不明白這些照片是從4.5月以前,你可以看到我自己那天拍的照片.是我們4月26日在LKF做的活動以後. 那天我們也拍alivenotdead的一周年視頻.

Exhibit A: 6:20pm - Marsha and Ivy in LKF after the band search.
Exhibit B: 6:51pm at 'Berry Goodness' exactly 31 minutes after.

Doh, guess my romantic stroll was not very long. :-P

[Keen observers will also note that these are the same outfits everyone's wearing in the Alivenotdead.com first anniversary video... because i filmed Marsha, Ivy, Adrian and Don's segments that day... in April... ]

I'm patiently waiting for HKheadline News to publish a correction and apology.

I have to admit it does look like you're holding hands from that angle. If you look close enough you can tell your left hand is wrapped around the cap and not her hand, but at a quick glance it looks more like she's holding your hand heh.
