    On Sunday Pat and I were treated to another authentic Singapore meal by Ryan and his gf. 日曜日はシンガポールに時、ライヤンと彼女一緒昼御飯を食べた。ラクサを知っている？したの写真を見て下さい：

    They took us to try Laksa, a Malay / Singaporean dish:

    I had mine w/ the hot sauce on the side and i didn't put any in. ;-) 

    The laksa place was actually in a mall that had an abnormal number of sneaker retailers, apparently its well known amongst sneaker collector types.  Some really outlandish stuff there:
     
    Yes those are special edition MONOPOLY sneakers by Reebok.  If you REALLY REALLY love Monopoly,  how better to show it than by rocking a pair of Monopoly shoes? :-D

    Pat had to go watch a play, but Ryan took me to see the What's Good store in Singapore:
    ooh, the unique blue/purple 24Herbs special edition hat! (not available anywhere in HK or on AnD!)


    ooh, they have a row of past DOPE hat editions... i'm guessing there's some hat collectors who would really love to get their hands on these...

    LOL, you had to pick up the hat, didn't you?

    My mum loves laksa, but she can't stand anything even remotely hot, and some places make them really hot!
