  • Somebody Out There Likes Us...

    Santa Claus stopped by the Office today and gave us something from Japan,  a Noren (暖簾) (traditional Japanese curtain used on doorways - read about it on wikipedia).

    今日日本からクリスマスプレセントをもらった！すごいなAlivenotdeadの暖簾(のれん)です！
    僕達の事務所小さいので、ドアが一つだけ有るんだ：

    Since our office is small,  we only have one door that we could hang it in front of:


    I'm not sure what the best translation into English should be.  Best I can do is:
    "There are many people who are liked here"

    Since its the holidays there are only 4 of us in town (You'll notice that even Admin Bear is not in his usual position!)   But the rest of the guys will see it when they get back to HK.

    今クリスマス休みから、社員半分外国に居るんだ、４人だけ写真撮れます！ごめん！　日本のメムバーが有難うございます！

    I actually wrote you guys a Christmas card, but then I realized I tossed out the box with the return address that my shirt and cap came in (from the Hawaii contest).
