Last Friday afternoon Swang and I met up with Mcchubb at the China Film Festival of Japan, we were there to see the screening of 'The Heavenly Kings' (四大天王) - [which I haven't actually watched since the red carpet premiere way back in April 2006]. It was cool to see it again and also to meet up with some of our AnD members from Japan.

金曜日午後僕達は東京で日中映画祭実へ行った。四大天王を見る為に。僕は2006年四月のプレミアショーから全部見ませんでした。この時も日本のAnDメンバーの会う機会でした。　映画後ダニエル君は質疑応答した。僕はマスコミパースあたら、ビデオを撮った。見て！（ハワイのビデオより上手に撮ったと思います！）

At the end of the screening Daniel came out and did a Q & A for the fans (with the help of a translator of course). Here's my video (i tried to do a better job than I did during the Hawaii Film Festival!)

The turnout was GREAT... like 400+ people I think. not including us, 99% of them were women... (the 1% were a few husbands who may or may not have been there under their own free will).

観客は400人ぐらいでした。女の人一杯が居た！99%+ですよ！

Before the movie started, we weren't sure what the subtitle situation would be, luckily it was a standard cantonese copy (w/ English subs), but with Japanese written vertically on the side.

With some help from Naritaka-san, I was able to get a press pass - which allowed me to take the video, and hypothetically to take stills during the screening. :-P
日本語と英語両方ともが有った。すごい！

I didn't take too many pictures during the Q & A, since I was videoing most of it, but I got a few:

I don't know who the MC woman was... this woman who was sitting in front of me was hilarious, I was watching her camera while I was videoing... the entire 20+ minutes of the Q&A, she kept repeatedly taking close-ups of Daniel... I swear she must have taken at least 50-60 shots.... 　この質疑応答時写真撮れて大丈夫でした。日本の映画ファンスからこれは珍しいと聞きました。

The translator woman was REALLY good, she was able to take notes and translate everything really accurately (as near as I could tell, my Japanese isn't great, even when I know what is being said!) :-P

As you can see in the video, several times Dan went on and on for like 5 minutes before she could get a chance to translate. Apparently she translates for these types of events often.

通訳女とても上手！ダニエルたくさん話しましたけど、彼女全部通訳できる。すごい。

After that a bunch of us had that Alivenotdead.com off line dinner at the Okonomiyaki restaurant... it was a lot of fun.　　映画後AnDメンバーオフ回のお好み焼き晩御飯した。このブログを見て！

Daniel looks like he wants to burst into laughter while the lady is translating, wow she writes so fast too!, Certainly a professional.

really? i didnt think so, maybe because i hang around fast talkers all the time.. i'd be happy to listen to daniel talk for hours, i wouldn't mind..

hey dont make fun of Daniel's fangirls.. they arent as bad as Brad pitt's...

i would not have taken so many shots of daniel close up if i were there .. i would have video taped..much smarted idea. lolz
