    there was a good feedback to my blog a few weeks ago about the traffic jam of Hong Kong Trams (wikipedia) on Connaught Rd in Hong Kong.  

    Well this week Mark came back from lunch to tell me that this time there was a DOUBLE traffic jam,  both trams and buses were backed up down the street end-to-end-to-end. I grabbed my camera and decided to take a 10 minutes break.  I've put the photos up in this album:

    In this area there is a dedicated bus lane next to the tram tracks (with a pedestrian walk way in between).  They both make the same turn a block after this.  There was some kind of accident at that turn, so both sides got blocked.  The buses had no way out either.  After a few minutes of not moving people started getting out and climbing fences to get out.  事項の所はバスとトラム両方とも止まらなければなりませんでした！乗ったのお客様は待ちたくないから、早く出た。。。

    The drivers also got out to figure out what was going on:
