    Trying some new recipes lately... and last Sunday, I made Chicken Cordon Bleu... which was actually really easy!  I found the recipe here

    I also whipped up some herb mashed potatoes (using fresh dill and Italian parsley)  This time, I used a potato ricer which made the mashed potatoes sooooo smooth!  I also threw together a quick salad using green leaf lettuce, some balsamic vinegar, and olive oil drizzle

    I love crisp salads and trying new recipes - last weekend I made wonton soup (so yummy) - it was peachey's fault ^_~

    I've always liked Chicken Cordon Bleu but have never attempted to make it.  That recipe does seem fairly simple.  I'll have to try it sometime. I'll probably skip the mashed potatoes though - that's too much work for me :P

    Potato ricer sounds dangerous? No standard masher for iggy. haha. Your fork and knife should be on opposite sides. ;P
