  • More Flags, More FUN! Six Flags!

    My mom got some free tix to Six Flags Marine World so we decided to go yesterday. The weather was okay; not too hot and not too cool. Got a little sunburn, but not bad at all.  Had a TON of FUN! hahaa... and SOAKING wet!!!~ seriously! Soaked throughout... Thanks to my brother... 

    We only saw two animal shows... Shouka the Killer Whale and the Bird Show; the showtimes just didn't work well for us yesterday. But we saw the animals in their "home" also known as cages... Here are some pics from the shows that we did see...



    At the Shouka show, my brother, his gf, and I sat in the "Splash Zone" but off to the right side. And I was almost sure that where we were sitting, we wouldn't get too wet; WRONG! we got wet... but not quite as wet as the water ride that followed. HAHAA!!! Here are some pics from the water ride that was taken by my mom's bf... I am so glad I decided NOT to have my small camera with me on the water ride. my brother pulled the "raft" and made it turn so that I went directly under a waterfall and I was completely soaked! He did it twice!!!~ At the end of the ride I found out that they set me up on the ride... we were set to get my mom wet, but my brother got me wet instead and said, "HAHAA!!!! Happy Birthday!!!!" geez... hahaa... it was all fun...


    OH! my mom and I skipped out on the roller coaster rides... so while we were waiting, we walked around and got henna tattoos... hehee...


    Here are some other animals we got to see before we left the park... we were tired and hungry... so we went out for dinner and called it the day! hahaa...







    It was a great day!!!

    I made the mistake once of sitting in the Splash Zone while wearing a white t-shirt. Glad I had an extra shirt to change into afterwards.

    Whoa!  Did you and Cass decide to hit different theme parks at the same time in Cali?  haha!

    Six Flags has really expanded their "interests" compared to when I went there back in the dark, early days...weren't they called something else back in the late 1970's?  Oh, well...

    Great pics and I'm glad you had a soaking good time!  haha!  =D
