Here's something my grandma taught my mom how to do... and last night my mom taught me how to make it... going from generation to generation...

This weekend my uncle is coming to town, so my mom decided to make
earlier. And every time my mom makes it, I always try to help; but I never had the hands-on experience to actually make it. But last night after about 15 minutes of observing every step, I was ready to go play Mario Kart, but my mom stopped me and asked me (more like a dare ) if I could wrap one myself. So of course, I said, YES!~ So I started making one; had a little trouble getting it started, but eventually got it. My was near perfect for the first try.  well except mine came out HUGE! hahaa... guess who gets to eat it? I DO!!!~ HAHAA!!!!

The one on the left is the one that I made, the one on the right is the one my mom made... it's just slightly longer and slightly flatter... but it's not bad for the first time, at least that's what I think...

I helped wrapped about another 10-12 of them (I think)
but in total we made 48 of them...

I think I could sell some and my mom wouldn't even know... HAHAA!!!!~
    anyone want?

I will be eating one for lunch today... YUM!!!~

My aunt brought over some on Monday. What do you put in them? I like ones with peanuts, Chinese sausage, and/or fatty pork.

ooooh...it's that time again??? My mom used to make them...tons of them to give out. I'd watch her make it...I think I can remember the recipe. My dad made one that was huge too, it was exploding at the seams after if was cooking. We all laughed and he was forced to eat it. The ones we made had a different shape. We like the sweet ones too!
