She taps his head with a plastic hammer, looks into his eyes and ears and stays still so she can put her head on his ribs to hear his heart (and purrs) Afterwards she knows she can't give him a sticker like she gets from her doc, so instead he gets a cool toy hat (a cone which he is happy to balance on his head until she leaves)
