I'm back in Shanghai and I miss all my fave eating places in HK!
There's a place in Wanchai called Cinta J where they have great Philippino dishes! It brings back great memories of eating like crazy when I lived in Manila...

Kare Kare, a stew made of oxtail

Fried Bangus...I just love fried fish!

Longanesa sausage

Chicken/pork adobo

My friends in HK always take me to a Xinjiang restaurant called Pasha in Festival Walk... Unfortunately the lease was up so the restaurant will be closing. It will be opened somewhere else in the future.
In the meantime, I will miss the great food and the belly dancers!
Sorry I don't have any food pics... I was so focused enjoying my last meal there that I forgot to take food pics...I could only take photos of the belly dancers coz they danced in between courses!

One of the great events I went to this trip was the Miskeen Showcase! Thank you my sistah Ifat!!! I had a fantastic time and I love the clothing!

Is there a lot of belly dancing in the Phillipines? The food looks great--an amazing mix of Eastern and Western food traditions. Another great cuisine that I discovered here on AnD. I love this site.

Born and raised in the Netherlands, Li-Tong holds a BA in the fields of Musical Theatre, Voice, Acting and Dance at the Conservatory of Rotterdam.

Making her debut as one of the original cast in the 1st UK-tour of the musical “THE KING & I”, she has also appeared as an international lead vocalist in the "Musical Moments" concerts, performing in Hong Kong and Beijing. She played the role of GIGI and understudied the roles of KIM and ELLEN in the Dutch production of "MISS SAIGON".

Apart from singing, Li-Tong has acted in several feature films such as "Kung Fu Killer" starring David Carradine and "Distance Runners". She has hosted various TV programs like "ADVENTURE GIRLS" 《丽险记》 which was shot all over Asia, "Shanghai A to Z" 《上海攻略》, "Expo 360" and "Inside Shanghai"

Li-Tong has globally released her first Mandarin MV entitled “Persistence” ,《再执着一点》 and she is currently playing the leading role of KIM in "MISS SAIGON" in Sweden.
