yes yes yes..... omg.... once i took a cab with my mom in China. u know how the doors on the cab are always very difficult to shut, basically have to slam them.... but apparently the door on my side wasnt shut all the way, and the cabbie did a u turn, my door swung open, i screamed a bit, cabbie noticed it, but didnt even stop for me to shut the door...... >__<

lol well id never dare drive here either... its just to scary for me... yet alone CHINA... OMG if anything THAT IS THE WORLDS MOST SCARY PLACE TO EVEN SIT IN A CAB!

you are right. i should clarify, i meant the asians in the west for sure.  i have some asian friends here, but they cant drive for s**t.  sometimes even scary when i ride with them.   

i never drove in Asia at close quarters, so i dont know how good i am in Asia. but here in the US, i dont drive like most others. i commit.  if i have to get over, i turn on my signal, but most of the time, people wont let you get thru so i just commit, start turning so they will slow down for me. hahaha...  when u are around a bunch of stupid drivers, you have to be good at it or else you might just get in an accident with these stupid drivers.  hahaha...

well now you cant say that are bad at backing up, because i been all around asia for the past 3years and from what i have seen, asians... are Way better drivers than in the west. given the road conditions here the traffic and motor scooters every where. their skill level is way high at close quarters. its when they start driving in the west... lol... every one drives so damn fast and they are not use to it. and so much open space.... they start to get comfortable and let their guard down. and thats why we get the idea of asians being bad drivers in the west. lol

and Alot of them here are really Pro at reversing into a space. but there are always the few exceptions.... like this auntiee.... haha

I agree...it much easier to drive straight in and back out...that's what i do most of the time where parallel parking isn't required~

i dont know either why they park that way... but some one told me its coz its easier to get out? but i think its just as easy to back up out of a spot? matter of fact i think its way easier to drive straight in and back out of one... lol

man, u should see some of my friends trying to back out a tight parking lot.  she did a 18- point turn... and 10 mins later, she could finally leave..
