It is the scene where Hitler hears that one of his orders during the last days of Berlin (while allied forces marched towards Berlin) was not carried out. It is the point where he finally gave up, declares the war for lost and tells everyone to do whatever they want to. And also where he declares never to leave Berlin but rather to kill himself...
