So when I was a kid, I wanted to grow up to be a vampire. Yes I do realize that that is not a profession or career path, but whatevers, I wanted to be a vampire. When I was in middle school I was really mad at this girl that borrowed book 2 of this vampire story I wanted to read from the class library. In high school and college, I never missed an episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. So guess what my latest obsession is? Twilight! I realized last Friday that the movie was coming out in two weeks so I went to Target and bought the first two books of the Twilight Saga. OMG! It was damn good. If you haven't heard of it, Google it. I was getting super annoyed at my grandma's birthday dinner because I wanted to go home to finish reading my new obsession. I finished the first book early Sunday morning. After I was done, I took a shower, stuck my laundry in the washing machine, and started on the second book, New Moon. I was so upset last night that I had to go to bed because I wasn't done with the book. So naturally I was in a really crabby mood all day and I was even more crabby when I had to do overtime. Now I'm just bored. I finished the second book and I'm waiting for the third and fourth book to arrive in the mail some time this week. I had waiting! What am I suppose to do with myself for the next couple of days? Damn my obsession!

Didn't realize this was a book series. I keep seeing commercials for the movie on TV. I think the only vampire book I ever read was Interview with a Vampire.

My girl got the books from the library. I didn't know what they were until the most recent one came out. I didn't know my girl was reading such bigger-teen/adult books. I think there's no sex, right? haha.

i wanted to be a vampire too!!!
right until today, i try not to miss anything vampire related, read all about them and knew the differences btween the eras and levels!! LoL!!! i have a shelf of vampire books and the numbers are still increasing. AHhAh!

Funny. I was just over at a friend's and her college-aged daughter was promoting the series to me. And then my gf said SHE read the books and loved them, and SHE does NOT read. So they must be good. The daughter has been looking at the trailers and even though they're not exactly as she had envisioned she's pretty happy with the actors chosen.

haha... yeah, i've heard about the series (and the movie) but i've never read any of them. not a big fan of vampires....

hehe... you can always reread... ;)

hahaa... speaking of Twilight... I was just watching the news... and the actor in Twilight was at the Stonestown Mall in SF for autograph signing... =D

Super straight forward and blunt. I'm the friend that tells you that you look like sh*t at the end of a long day at work (and then I help you fix your hair). I can be pretty intimidating, but everyone around me knows that I'm one of the nicest people they'll ever meet. I can talk to anyone, anywhere, on just about anything that comes to my mind at the moment. I'm a Cancer so I can get along with practically anyone. At this moment in life, I can say that the smartest decision I ever made was to study abroad in Hong Kong, where all I did was shop, eat, party, and travel for a year (but don't tell my parents that). I'm super addicted to girly books (I love Sophie Kinsella) and was recently tricked into reading my first romance novel(it's like porn on books). I truly believe that I am destined to be a photographer, food critic, or an event planner, but somehow landed in banking and finance. I'm an impulsive shopper (last year I bought a PSP and now it's just sitting on my book shelf). I have a passion for food and I love trying new restaurants. I once told a friend "if we weren't working together we would never be friends because you can't eat garlic." My friends appreciate food. For some odd reason (I still haven't figured out what) I have the shortest attention span when it comes to the guys I date. I can be staring at my cell phone when it rings, but I'll never pick it up. I'm addicted to buying Chinese DVDs. I'm allergic to lychee, but I eat it anyways. I can't stand pretentious people, I rather respect you for your b*tchy a**hole selves. I learned how to read and speak Mandarin by watching tv. I once told a Congressmen to get off my seat at a conference in capitol hill. I'm not on facebook.
