  • Foreign Devils Scene: 洋鬼子

    The filmmakers behind the shot-in-Beijing indie American film "Foreign Devils" 《洋鬼子》 have put an early cut of a scene online. It's a bit rough around the edges as yet, but looks promising for the finished product. The other guy acting in the clip with me is Tom Shanahan, who incidentally is one of the few Beijing residents to own a dog that can skateboard! There's even a video on youtube of his dog skating a half pipe. The skateboarding dog earned lots of money for Tom back home in Surfer's Paradise, but I don't know how his busking efforts have gone since the move to China. "Foreign Devils" should be on the festival circuit shortly.

    I've just been looking at the  opening scene for Foreign Devils on youtube, and then saw this scene, I like the genuine feel the movie has.
