The weekend

Ok, I'm back from my aunts...I got back tonight (technically last night) at about quarter past 8 (AEST) and it's good to be home and have a nice hot shower...at my aunts they only have two rooms spare and their bus that they use when they go away on holidays...it's not an RV/Winnebago it's actually an old bus decked out with shower, sink, lounge and bed...I'm glad I'm not 6ft tall or I would whack my head on the roof, I only just miss it...but I hit the air con units though so I had to duck...the sleeping arrangements were the queen sized bed, the single bed (those were in the spare rooms) or in the bus. My mum took the single bed and my sister took the queen bed (I could have shared with my sister but she snores) so I took the bus. The bed sucked!!! And the pillow...it was a poor excuse for a pillow...it was horrible...I was so surprised that I slept at all...I was going to pull and all nighter...but I didn't I actually kinda wished I did now...I was kinda uncomfortable...I woke up a few times with pains, I would have rather slept on the floor somewhere...but anyway...

On the Saturday we stopped at my grandma's house to throw out the rest of the out of date food from the cupboards and meat from the freezer...we put lamps on timers in her house as well so they wouldn't use so much power as the main light...one of her neighbours came over to have a chat...he's really nice and did so much for my grandma, so did her other neighbour on the other side...we can't thank them enough for all they have done for her over the years...they are really wonderful people...the joys of living in a small town, the people are nice and they actually care about other people!!

The night before I left, I rang my friend after talking to him on msn, he wanted me to meet him yesterday (Saturday, well technically two days ago now as I write this) but I couldn't...I told him why...and we were talking about my grandma...it was good to talk to him about things...he is really a great friend, we talk about everything and I mean everything!!!

So, my grandma is doing well and giving cheek as usual...he he...she doesn't eat much and sleeps a lot...for breakfast today she had a piece of raisin toast and fed most of it to Chuckie (my aunt's Jack Russel), my aunt doesn't know...I think my grandma just gets food sometimes just to make my aunt happy I think the dog gets most of it sometimes...I'm not going to tell her grandma does this...the egg on toast that she was initially given for breakfast went cold when she started choking on her pills and looked set to throw up...by the time she recovered it was stoney cold...Rocky (my aunts Red Cattle Dog) was going to get it but, Chuckie wanted it so she halved it...Rocky ended up with Chuckie's bit of toast because Chuckie took his bit of egg and walked away from the toast...it was funny!!!


Oh, and to totally deviate from what this bog was initially supposed to be about on Facebook I have the "Owned" application I put on two new photos just now and they are both being fought over...one of them is a photo me with a Crimson Rosella and there is a war between two Aussie guys for that one is a 32 y/o and the other is a 40 y/o and there war for the other (which is another one of me at my formal, there is two formal ones of me) is between a 45 y/o Greek guy and a 33 y/o Aussie guy...so far that photo belongs to the Aussie bloke!!! I'm not even that good looking...The third photo which is the first one that I put on is owned by a girl I went to school with...

Wow talk about a deviation!!!

Anyway...as I have mentioned when I get a USB cable for my phone I have some photos to share...

I think this will do it for now...
