25 Random Facts About Me

I figured I would do this before I got asked, since somehow that would seem less random...

1. I am no good at being random.
2. I have never broken a bone, only fractured them.
3. I have stood on a corner in Winslow, Arizona.
4. .011-.052 is my favorite string gauge set.
5. I went to graduate school with Omarosa Manigault.
6. I honestly never thought Paris Hilton or Madonna was attractive in any way, shape or form.
7. I once owned a dog named Sherman. She was a good dog.
8. I have seen Jason and the Scorchers perform in a club that used to be Elvis' karate dojo in Memphis, TN.
9. I used to be pretty good with a yoyo.
10. I have killed deer with a bow and arrow like Robin Hood used.
11. I used to live in Norman Rockwell's house.
12.  I once saw Elvis Costello in a Thai restaurant in L.A. on St. Patrick's Day.
13. Ingmar Bergman bores me to tears.
14. I love taking pictures but hate having my picture taken.
15. The only American food I miss is an egg and pepper grinder. It's a southern New England exclusive.
16. I've never been in a car accident.
17. I never did ecstasy or heroin.

19. The only food I don't like in Hong Kong is Chiu Chow style congee, the watery one  with the oysters. Yuck.
20. I have a phobia about sharks, so I don't go in the water.
21. Sometimes, I have a hard time looking at really jacked-up teeth and I'm afraid I will stare.
22. Whenever I see a woman with her hair dyed a really unusual color, I fight an urge to ask her if the hat and the purse match.

25. I removed my own braces with pliers. It was a lot easier than it sounds.
