1個評論This morning i visited my chiropractor. He said today my back muscle are very stiff..... mayb b/c yesterday i helped to pack up office stuff for shifitng. I did carry stuff around... mayb i should carry something even lighter than i imagine i can..
医生说不能这么粗鲁.... move also cannot be fast coz my back is still on the beginning stage of recovery... still very unstable.... ah... i am worse than an old lady...
