• Dramatic months

  Been a while since my last entry. Many things happened. Mostly bad and unpredictable things.

  1) Mobile phone died - my 3 years old Panasonic mobile phone died. It can only be use as a weak torch light. However i got myself a new 1 now. Nokia N73. Not latest but at least it is a music phone and with a pretty good camera function.  i love it.

  2) Back injuiry - Last friday i was carried out and sent to chiropator due to a sudden extreme backache. Without any symtoms before head, everyone was shocked. Included myself. After doctor examine my x-ray, found out my spine was crocket on a few segments. I can hardly move around and was set to rest on the floor for 2-3 days. Miserable feeling. It feels like i am paralised, each inch of my movement feels like a thousand pin attack. I can sit or stand for long. i move worse than a turtle. However, now i am alrite after 5 days of medical leave. Can move around and back to work as usual. But i still have to go through 3 months of treaments to straighten my backbone.

  This incident have alert my friends and family, specially those who worked in the same industry who have to sit in font of the pc for a long hours. Hope you all take good care and dun sit too long. Must do some simple exercise and make sure your sitting posture was correct. Sometimes i will stick my face to the monitor which i unnotice, which i believe is one of the cause of my neck bone to be in a bad shape. Dun cross your leg if u sitting for long hours. and many many more.

  Now i am spending a fortune on it. ah..... really doesn't know wat to say.... However i am thankful that i can walk and move normally.....

  Thanx for all the messages from all my friends and colleage. Last but not least, my family who took care of me during the first few day. Thanx and really touch and appreciate the love and care. (((((((((( HUG )))))))))
