When I was a kid in preschool, I hurted my forehead and at the beginning it was just a tiny wound.  But I refused and insisted I wont let my dad apply rubbing alcohol or iodine on my tiny wound.  After a week or two, wound was infected and doctor told my parents he needed to perform surgery to cut off the bad tissue...  well well this is the first part of my story... my mom brought me to the hospital but told me she was going to bring me to park...so to make my story short -- i was exhausted when I came back from the hospital and my dad said my face was very pale and white after the surgery.
Anyway, wish you well and could play piano very soon!!  : )

Did they put you under heavy anesthia? One of my family members had major surgery done too and same symptoms in regards to eating...

It is the anasthesia that is causing you to throw up. I know how it feels to keep puking the stuff out. But think of it as a weight loss problem ? You will be able to eat soon enough :)
