I saw the Olsen Twins!

Last wednesday night was BUSY...  usually on a weekend there's more than one thing going on, more than one group of friends having a get together, etc.  but in this case there were THREE and they were all on a wednesday!

I wasn't even sure on the details, i just went along for the ride pretty much. The first event was some kind of fashion line launch event,  and they had a party at the Lane Crawford in IFC.  It turns out it was for some Olsen Twins fashion brand... and the party was attended by none other than Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen themselves.  (yes, those two twins from Full House!)

最近たくさんイベントがありました。先週香港のイベントで『フルハウス』のオルセン姉妹を見た。。。知っていませんか？デパートで新服ラインのラーンチパーティーでした。来る時人たくさんが有る：

When we arrived there was just a big crowd of people in one portion of the store:

But the demographics were MUCH different than our normal events...  rather than being a dark, smoke filled night club with adults filling up on free booze,  this was no-smoking, well lit event that actually had a LOT of teens and pre-teen girls...  of course they were there to see the Olsens...  (they did serve alcohol, but just champagne).　このイベントの居る人と普通イベントの人違う。オルセン姉妹居るから、たくさん若女が居る。テイーンとプリーティーンですね。


Upon closer look  it looked like a rugby scrum going on,  there was a frenzy of photo taking...

I forced my way up to see what was going on:

oh snap!  they are!  quite small! 　　彼女たちですね！

チチャイ！実は僕あまり好きじゃないんが他の人彼女たちを大好き。。。

anyway, i am not really a fan, but some people (besides pre-teen girls) find them very captivating...

But these guys were not that impressed:

yes, Brandon is back in the Far East! 　彼たちもあまり。。。。

To be honest the Olsens left rather quickly,  i'm not sure if they were out there before we got there, but they left after about 10 or 15 minutes. オリセンたち早く出た、10分ー15分だけ居ましたと思います。。。


But over on the side i saw a bunch of reporters surrounding someone...

I wonder who that could be?  Of course Etchy has to investigate... 隣にレポルターが一杯が居た、誰と？


It was one of these two guys,  you can guess which one... (the guy in the Autobots hat,  definitely!)　その二人の人です、何方？(右の人とても囲いね。。。）

Like I said, there were multiple events going on.  We went to the launch party for the 'E.V.E.N.T.' group:　その後他のイベントも行った：

They had some video and live performances,  this is the only one I got a picture of... the rapping guy... He was a-ight...   ;-)


最後はラークスで友達と一緒遊んだ。24味の男居た。タイからのゲーストも居た。知っていますか？
As most evenings in HK end up... B-boy and I ended up in Racks.  We shot some pool and ran into our buddies from 24Herbs!   They were hanging with some special guests from Thailand:
