• Taking photos of Jet Li and Jackie Chan

  Back in March, I had the incredible opportunity to take photos of two of the biggest superstars in Asia... Jet Li and Jackie Chan!
  
  I was asked by Mark to help take photos of Jet Li at the 2nd day of the press junket for his new movie "The Forbidden Kingdom" to be used on Jet Li's official site/blog, which you can view by clicking here. And oh yeah, Jackie Chan would be there as well since he's co-starring in the movie... Of course I said yes! (Chris Lay photographed the first day of the press junket, and he's blogged and posted up some of his photos too.)
  
  And it wasn't simply to take photos with the rest of the general media... I was basically given access to closely follow Jet Li around and take photos of him the entire day as he conducted interviews and photo shoots with tv and print media for 7-8 hours.... it felt like being his "personal photographer for the day". As a longtime fan of him and his movies, I was incredibly excited (as you can imagine) and found it all a bit surreal. Not to mention getting to see Jackie Chan all afternoon too during some of the interviews that he gave together with Jet Li.
