as requested by Jaine... here is the Build-A-Bear mascot with the head on... hahaa...

I went over to my friend's (Laura) place on Friday... she's the bride-to-be... she's also a graphic designer... and she proudly showed me one of her new creations... I was very impressed... her family was really into food (her mom has a catering a business)... and her grandma passed down numerous recipes... and it was just a stack of paper... so with her creativity, she put the recipes into a book with photos, quotes, and anedotes... it was amazing... she gave it to her grandma as a gift... and of course her grandma LOVED it...

it was actually done on a site/software called Blurb... and actually its a site that lets you download the software to make your own book at a very reasonable price... printed in color and they bind it for you too... Laura is working on putting together photo books...

And I thought it's a great idea... so I wanted to share with you all... it's a great idea for weddings... *wink wink* to AC100, LC, Sorica...

or photographers like Ivy!!!~ and even any artist or anyone who wants to put together a family book, or photo book, or I don't know... ANYTHING!!!~

yep my cousin told me that there're a lot of such sites in the US, and they put together really beautiful photo books. He's gonna be our photographer but he wants us to send the photos to such site to print out the photo books ourselves. =)

Great site, and I just saw they ship to the UK aswell.
I always find nothing can beat family recipes handed down. I'd rather my father's Jam fritters then any Gordon Ramsey creation!

Have you found your once-in-a-lifetime friend? be sure to not lose that friend. My once-in-a-lifetime friend is my mom. She's totally awesome because she's more like a sister/friend to me. We are really close and I love her so much!!
