so... I bought a KidRobot bag today... hahaa...

I was deciding between this messenger-style bag or the duffle-style bag. And this morning, as I told CheekyShooky, that I will most likely buy the duffle-style bag but after looking and comparing the two, I've decided to go with the messenger-style bag... the duffle-style bag was cute and "different" but it was a bit too big for me...

When the lady brought out the new bag, I just inspected to make sure that the zippers work and there's no defect or whatever... and the one thing I didn't do? try it on! I just figure you can't really go wrong with a messenger bag... hahaa...

Well, when I got home, of course, I was excited about my purchase today, so I got it out and tried it on and found something a bit odd about the strap on the bag; I don't know if it was supposed to be the way it is or if it was sewn wrong.

Can you tell from that picture? When I have the bag across my shoulders, the strap feels like it's twisted or something. So tomorrow, we're gonna try to go back to the mall again and look at the other bags to see if mine was sewn wrong. I tried to find the bag online so I could get a closer look at the bag and try to save us the trip, but I couldn't find it! But I have the feeling that the bag is as is... hahaa...

But I guess regardless, I'd keep my purchase (even if the straps seem twisted)... hehee... I like the bag and the little character key-chain it comes with... it'll be plenty big to my stuff in... hahaa... with extra room for other stuff too, maybe a book... hahaa...

Before, I would want a BIG bag, but now, I'd go with the smaller the better... hahaa... I really don't have too much to carry around.

I think the strap's probably designed like that. I remember I had the same problem before a messenger bag also.

I always carry alot around in my bag...wallet, purse, phone, tissue, keys, contact lenses, hairbrush, body spray and sometimes have spare clothes & snacks for my girl.

My bag is like that girl on the Breakfast Club. I carry tons of makeup, change of clothes and pretty much everything but the kitchen sink!

coin purse
business card case
MAC lipstick compact
gum
cell phone
car keys
camera (sometimes)
no a lot of stuff but I still love carrying around BIG bags :D

The bag looks very nice. Cute, simple (and large) pic. You'll need to maybe carry a bag of chips or something to fill it out. haha.

Every girl loves to buy bag! I just bought 2 small bags last weekend when my E was away =P The kidrobot is cute, I've never known this character before.

The messenger bag looks good too =) the inside of the bag looks awesome too =D

The twisted strap, hmm ... I'm not too sure if it's a defect or sewn on purpose in that way?

OOO!! i like the colorful hanging thing!!!
i've got this nike bag that's the same. it's twisted and when i returned it they just simply flipped it around and it was done. try straightening it and c if it's supposed to be the other way round.

let's see *searching around* i've got lipbalm, very huge wallet, glasses, shades, mint, coins, cellphone, keys...and sum receipts. LoL!

i think if we carry a bigger bag, we tend to carry more things (more than we ever needed!) .. it is wiser to go for a smaller bag! heehee

i havent looked into my bag to check what's inside today, your stuffs look so neat and organized! *winks*

It does look like the straps are twisted, as long as they don't hurt you then ye I'd keep it too!, but if you see a difference when you return to the mll, ask for a refund. Definitely a lovely bag, very funky.

I rarely carry a bag, but my pockets are jam packed with a purse, keys, mints, hand-gel, and phone
