Ummm... the fact is : Yes, I can cook!!
There is a starry cooking show Starry Kitchen hosted by Hong Kong famous chef Chow Chung, and I was invited to the show and take turns to become a host chef with him.

香港名廚Chow Chung主持的一檔烹飪節目”Starry Kitchen”日前邀請我做節目嘉賓，讓我跟他一起當主廚。
We cook six dishes and I found that we both like putting chinese wine Hua Diao Jiu (花雕酒) into the dishes.
What is Hua Diao Jiu??
The name Hua Diao Jiu (花雕酒) literally means “flower carving alcohol. It is a rice wine made from glutinous rice and wheat yeast and water from the Jian Lake. It belongs to the category of Huang Jiu (meaning “yellow wine”, not distilled). The special quality of the water from Jian Hu Lake makes the Shaoxing hua diao unique.

花雕酒是什麽??
“花雕酒”字面意思是”用花雕刻的酒”。選用糯米、麥曲，以明凈澄澈的鑒湖水釀制，是黃酒(非蒸餾的”黃酒”)的一種。紹興花雕酒因用鑒湖水釀造而品質極佳。
