Are you as smart as a 5 year old? Answer...

OK...first thing...I'm glad my little boy fought back. We're starting to see if they want to take up martial arts. We just started watching old Jet Li films now at home, and we tell them that 1) It's only a movie, it's pretend. 2) That gungfu can be used for good, and that when they see Jet kicking ass, he's fighting the bad guys and protecting the good guys. 3) Never use gungfu to fight...only to defend. So, it's a start for them. AC and I know that we grew up with martial arts as a big part in our lives and we DO want them to learn it for various reasons. So, we'll see. They do seem to have a certain knack for it.

Now...for the puzzle...When mommy was not sure which was the clean fork, our little girl said, "Use the fork that's not warm, mommy!" AC was like, "what?" So, our little girl said, "Yeah! use the cold fork, daddy didn't hold that one!"...AC was amazed as she realized that as I held the fork to feed him, the fork's handle was warmer than the unused fork's handle. I was, "Wow"...So, there you go...there could be other correct solutions, but her's was one I'd never expect to hear from a 5-year old. :)
