Rode the stationary bike over the weekend for 30 mins...first time since last fall....legs are sore!!! My friend Danton called and suggested that we should visit our old class and say hi to our sifu. So, I went down with the family to say hi. Sifu wasn't there. Doh! First time in over 2 years that I participated in class. I'll be more sore tomorrow. This exercise thing is painful! But I needed it...it's been a long week already...exercise helps clear the mind. Now, I'm tired....CSI rerun is over...time for bed. Good night

Getting back into exercise is hard but I love the benefits that come from it. I really need to get back to optimum health.

Getting back into exercise is good for you. And the soreness is usually a good kind. Good luck keeping it up :)

You feel sore but you feel "good" don't you? Well, knowing that you did something good for your body should make you feel good. Release those endorphins!

I'm a true San Franciscan. Was born in the same hospital as Bruce Lee. Went the same high school as did O.J. Simpson (yes, he did it, not thrilled about that) Graduated from the same university as did Danny Glover. Can you guess them all? I ran my own company for 10 years, then got the dot.com bug. People still wonder how I was able to work with my wife, but that was never an issue, actually it was one of the most fun time I've ever had...work related. Became a dot.bomb casualty, then was an employee for the State (I was collecting unemployment) Finally landed in this ad agency producing those wonderful catalogs you throw away from your mailbox everyday. My wife is a former wushu standout (she hates it when I refer to her as former nat'l champ). Have 2 absolutely wonderful kids that make me want to win the lottery and just spend time watching them grow up. That's about it all in a nutshell.
