6個評論One of my favorite noodle soups on a cold (actually all the time) day. The menu calls it something like Burmese Fish Soup with wide noodles. It's curry-ish, with lemongrass stalks, heavy ginger chunks giving it some heat. Has little bits of fishmeat. In the soup sits the Ho Fun noodles. On top garnished is lots of cilantro and this fried fritter of dried yellow and green peas.
Can anyone shed some light on this dish? Is it Burmese style? Anyone have a recipe? I haven't much luck googling it. Help...
