Happy New Year!

Who would have thought that 2008 was such a crazy year?!? I really can't believe that it's 2009! I'm wishing everyone a prosperous and healthy 2009! It really just seem like yesterday that we're seeing the year turn 2000. Luckily for us, it's been a decent year, we're healthy and that means a lot nowadays. The one resolution from 2008 was not fulfilled and since it was such an easy one, I'm pretty upset that I could follow through with it. So, I'm carrying it over to this year...and I WILL DO IT. I'll write about it once I've done it.

Toward the end of the year, it was busy for us and I've not had a chance to write much or even log on to AnD. I think about the AnD community a lot  when I was not on here, as so many of you who've shared your time and experiences here with me are really, really nice people. I thank you all for your time in writing your blogs. I do say that you're all friends of mine even though I'm not personally met most of you. I've joined Facebook recently only because of friends who insist, it's a great tool to re-connect with the past. But, here at AnD, it's a special place to meet nice people. So, nice job to everyone at Alive Not Dead for all their hard work in building this great place.

In a blink of an eye, it'll be the Lunar New Year...then Spring...then Summer vacations...then the holidays again...2009 will zoom by as 2008 did. I hope that you can find a few moment this coming year to take it slow a bit, take a deep breath and savor some special moments.
